“What can I do for you?”

In the last year, I have invested many hours in growing and promoting Bespoken for voice and speech coaching. I’ve learned more than I ever thought I wanted to know about websites and social media! I have attended business breakfast and networking events, which have been really insightful and encouraging, especially when there’s a speaker sharing her or his insights from their trade.

Often a telephone interview will help determine the shortlist of candidates for a post. It's therefore critical to present the very best version of yourself.
Often a telephone interview will help determine the shortlist of candidates for a post. It’s therefore critical to present the very best version of yourself.

But the best part has definitely been forging relationships with new clients as I’ve empowered them to communicate with greater confidence – their sense of achievement as the wedding speech or baptism reading was really well received and they didn’t faint; the presentation to hundreds of people that they really smashed, when they never, ever wanted to do presentations in the first place; the interview that went really well and the new job that’s been really enjoyed; the voice that is strong and articulate despite the worst fears of the speaker. Behind this are many still knees and butterflies flying in formation, as well as my Rondo Sequence being secretly recited and practised backstage or in the loos of interview venues. A totally new experience has been coaching a client from the North of England over Skye. This has been both exciting and challenging but also provided me with a learning experience of Skype training that I can pass on to others. It’s also proven that I can train both internationally and nationally without stepping out of my office. My clients currently range in ages from 10 to 70-something!

I have become aware in the last year that I’m part of a growing network of entrepreneurs who have wonderful skills to offer individuals and groups for both personal and professional development. In fact I would say that in the 21st century workplace, with the current emphasis on work-life balance, investing in the person will develop their professional persona. This development will deliver even greater value to her or his company / organisation.

So what can I do for you? Even if you don’t personally feel the need voice and speech coaching, perhaps you would like to make me aware of what your organisation does so that we can have a conversation about referrals. I regularly attend the Wantage and District Business Breakfast Club but am also part of several other networks. I would love to hear from you and find out about your business.Coaching Paul and Monika edit

Currently, I have capacity for 6 additional clients. I would ideally love to be engaged in working with businesses supporting Career and Personal Development paths for their employees requiring training for the telephone, meetings, the ‘classroom’ or presentations.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
